The Role
Primarily providing survey and compensation consulting support to existing and new clients, the role will be assisting the growth and profitability of the team by being responsible for:
- Managing and supporting client relationships with UK-based participants and prospects throughout the full survey cycle. Assist in supporting WTW’s upcoming AI journey of automated job matching to support clients’ ad-hoc needs and their data submission process
- Supporting the development of our survey and data analytics offering to clients primarily within Financial Services sector.
- Act as analytical support to an industry lead (tracking year-on-year survey participations, data quality and data analysis).
- Support the delivery of compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys
- Coordinate with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market benchmarking on different pay elements (e.g., base pay, bonus), using sources such as survey data and published reports
- Supporting Job Evaluation projects (utilising our propriety methodology and state-of-the-art AI-enabled technology) and Equal Pay work across the wider RDI team
- Support clients in leveraging WTW’s Data Science capabilities to review an organisation’s approach to managing knowledge and skills, using AI-enabled market scans to provide clients with insight around prevalent and emerging skills.
- Support the wider RDI team in writing proposals, industry trends and utilising our AI-driven insights around talent flow analytics.

Performance objectives are:
Client
- Managing clients, addressing queries, responding to ad-hoc questions, and supporting tools for assigned client portfolio.
- Conducting and facilitating client presentations and forums.
- Promoting Data Purchasing Plans, as well as selling and delivering client projects.
- Collaborating with consultants/colleagues and the survey production team to successfully deliver surveys and projects, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded by developing project plans and activity schedules, supporting job matching, conducting pay assessments and compensation reviews, and managing project correspondence and meeting documentation.

- Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals
- Support the revenue growth of allocated industry surveys
- Support ad-hoc projects via client base
People
- Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
- Work closely with Customer Services teams for end-to-end account management
Excellence
- Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)
- Ensure survey project files are up-to-date and meet Excellence standards
- Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
