Help shape how the world connects from the sky
Satellites in low Earth orbit. Platforms floating in the stratosphere. Wireless systems that don't exist yet.
We're expanding our satellite and cellular heritage into the next generation of communications, and we need an RF leader to help drive it. You'll spot where technology and market opportunity meet, work alongside our business developers to turn that insight into real client programmes, and inspire a team of brilliant engineers to deliver breakthroughs that matter.
If you've ever thought "I'd love to work on something genuinely new, rather than a tweak to last year's design," this is that role.
Why you'll love it here
- Variety you won't find in-house. Our clients span wireless, telecoms, audio and semiconductors, from household names to early-stage start-ups. Some want their existing technology pushed further. Others arrive with a bold idea and no idea how to build it. You'll see both, often in the same month.
- Space to explore. We encourage you to stay ahead of the technology and the market, and to propose and investigate novel ideas that could become tomorrow's products for our clients.
- People who care. You won't be solving hard problems alone. Our culture is friendly, supportive and driven by a shared love of tough technical challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
