We're looking for an RFP Analyst to join Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) within our Client Group team.
In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality client proposals, requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for our Institutional and Wealth teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across Investments, Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Operations, Data & AI, Risk and Compliance, helping to deliver a consistent and client-focused experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of investment products and asset management while working with a diverse client base including pension schemes, wealth managers, local authorities, charities, insurers, investment consultants and financial advisers.
About The Role
- Support the timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
- Work with RFP, Sales and Investment teams to gather and communicate information.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality responses.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent and professionally presented.
- Help maintain and enhance Dasseti, our RFP content management system.
- Develop your knowledge of investment products, sales initiatives and industry trends.

About You
- Curious, enthusiastic and keen to learn about investment products, systems and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication and numeracy skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with degree-level education or equivalent experience.
