An established investment business is looking for an organised and detail-oriented RFP & Business Development Coordinator to join its team on a maternity cover basis.
This role will support the business development function by coordinating high-quality proposals, due diligence questionnaires, investor information and related reporting. You’ll work across multiple teams to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, compelling and delivered within agreed deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires for existing and prospective institutional and retail clients.
- Draft, review and maintain high-quality responses, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant and up to date.
- Manage and maintain RFP and investor databases, including retail and institutional platforms.
- Work collaboratively with Business Development, Investment, Compliance and Responsible Investment teams to gather and develop appropriate content.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing proposal materials, standard responses and investor communications.
- Support the production and maintenance of ESG and responsible investment-related RFP responses and questionnaires.
- Coordinate annual and periodic ESG, stewardship, voting and engagement reporting requirements.
- Ensure responsible investment and engagement activity is communicated effectively across relevant business development materials.
- Support the preparation of consultant database submissions and other investor-facing information.
- Assist with quality assurance, reporting and other business development or investor services projects as required.
- Build a strong understanding of the organisation’s investment approach, products and wider commercial activities.

About you
We’re looking for someone with experience in RFP coordination, proposal management, investor relations, business development support or a similar role, ideally within financial services or asset management.
- You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and confident working with stakeholders across a business.
- Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to understand complex information and turn it into clear, consistent and engaging content.
- Knowledge of ESG/responsible investment, institutional investing or investment management would be advantageous.
