Job Title
A global organisation are seeking an experienced RFP Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, and multi-vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes for network and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Review requirements and coordinate technical and commercial responses across engineering, procurement, vendors, and customers.
- Coordinate the preparation and management of SOWs, including scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple vendors and contracts, tracking deliverables, commitments, risks, and timelines.
- Work with telecommunications and infrastructure providers, including global multi-vendor providers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and vendor deliverables.
- Facilitate project and vendor meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain RFP trackers, SOWs, project documentation, schedules, and reporting.

Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ coordination, project coordination, or project management within network, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong experience with SOWs, vendor management, and multiple contracts.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, data centre, and telecommunications environments.
- Experience coordinating technical and commercial responses across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with major network/telecommunications vendors would be advantageous.
- Strong project scheduling and organisational skills, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Job Details
This will be a 6–12 months+ contract opportunity, with further extensions available, worked 100% remotely from any location across the UK.
