We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic RFP Specialist to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing. The successful candidate will support our business development and client acquisition efforts within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), primarily from institutional and ultra-high and high-net-worth prospects and clients. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft high-quality, accurate, and compelling responses that reflect the firm’s capabilities and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for handling RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other ad hoc requests from clients, consultants and prospects. This entails detailed descriptions with accurate and compelling content in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ensure consistency in the firm’s brand and positioning in the marketplace through development and maintenance of RFP responses and relevant data in internal and external databases.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts including Sales, Investments, Product, Operations and Compliance to obtain specialized content and data.
- Maintain and conduct periodic audits to the firm's RFP database (Loopio).
- Familiarity with consultant databases and content within (eVestment Alliance, Factset, Powerpoint, Excel, MSOffice applications).
- Ability to edit content with quality investment writing skills.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-10 years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the asset management industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects consistently with prompt follow-through in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong reasoning ability (i.e. capacity to understand inner workings of investment strategies, explain them simply, and spot inconsistencies/errors in language and data used to represent them).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Possess a self-motivated work ethic.
- Ability to maintain sound judgment and professionalism under pressure.
