Union Township in Clermont County (OH) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of a complete market analysis, feasibility study and master plan of all potential redevelopment opportunities for the Eastgate Mall site. The approximately 109-acre property is located at the intersection of Interstate 275 and State Route 32 in Clermont County, Ohio. The analysis is intended to assist the owners in identifying opportunities for the reuse of the Property that are commercially feasible, given the existing market conditions, and aligns with the needs of the current tenants and the surrounding community.
