About the role:
As our RFQ Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the entire process of responding to requests for quotations.

- Developing strong and long-lasting relationships with supply partners, both established and new
- Helping to negotiate the best deals whilst ensuring due regard to quality, cost, and timely delivery of products
- Collaborating with the Rail team to ensure that our customers receive our best-in-class service
What we’re looking for in our RFQ Coordinator:
- Previous RFQ or MRO supplier experience is essential
- Knowledge of the Industrial Consumables and supplier base is essential
- Exposure to ERP and MRP systems
- Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
- An effective communicator, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within the role
