RGM Controller

Location: London (3 days in the office)
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Lime Talent is working on behalf of a leading international FMCG business in the search for an RGM Controller.

This is a highly visible commercial leadership role, responsible for translating category strategy into clear plans across pricing, promotions, range and retailer negotiations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to maximise commercial performance while creating sustainable value for both the business and its retail partners.

You’ll also lead a team and have significant exposure to senior stakeholders, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career within a fast-paced and ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the category’s commercial strategy across pricing, promotions, range and retailer negotiations.
  • Manage and develop a team, ensuring clear priorities and high-quality commercial delivery.
  • Partner with Sales teams to align category plans and support the sell-in of commercial initiatives to retailers.
  • Develop commercially compelling, data-led recommendations that balance business and customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and adapt plans based on results and market insights.
  • Work closely with Finance and Supply Chain to support accurate forecasting and resolve demand or supply challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and contribute to wider commercial planning.
  • Simplify complex information into clear actions and recommendations.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has experience in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, commercial finance or a related FMCG function.
  • Understands the commercial levers that drive performance, including pricing, promotions and range.
  • Has previous experience managing and developing a team.
  • Is highly analytical and able to translate complex data into practical commercial actions.
  • Can influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across multiple functions.
  • Is organised, resilient and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Has strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Is ambitious and keen to develop within a business offering excellent long-term career opportunities.
