AI at SharkNinja
At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.
SharkNinja is a $6 billion business that has grown over 20% for the last three years, and it still runs with the pace and energy of a start up. We move fast, and we need people who can move with us and pivot quickly as the consumer landscape shifts.
We are launching our RGM function in EMEA this year and are looking for a change agent to help build it from the ground up. This is a role for someone who loves numbers, loves using AI to work quickly, and has a hustle mindset to get things done with real impact across the business. You will be hands on with margin modelling, will challenge stakeholders with data, and will make calls that matter. You will also need to be a strong communicator who can bring people along with a vision for an AI enabled, data based, ROI focused RGM function.
This is not a role for someone who wants to keep the seat warm for a year or two. It is for someone who wants to build something new and leave a lasting impact on the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
