Meaningful Work From Day One
The RGM function across Brown Forman is a key pillar in helping to deliver our strategic growth ambitions over the next 10 years. As RGM Manager, you will work closely with the brand and commercial teams to deliver sustainable top and bottom line growth through effective use of the RGM levers (price positioning, pack architecture, promo effectiveness, channel strategy, customer mix and trade terms). You will become a leader and key decision maker in shaping our pricing strategy across the entire portfolio which includes iconic brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Woodford Reserve, El Jimador, Diplomatico and Gin Mare. We are looking for passionate individuals, ready to work in a very collaborative environment. Someone who is looking for a challenge and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset to help create and develop an emerging RGM function.
The working style for this role is 4 days a week out of our modern office Fitzrovia with Fridays working from home.
What You Can Expect
- With the Head of Category and Commercial Strategy, design the RGM roadmap for the UK market, pioneering new innovative techniques and leading the Brown Forman UK RGM strategy, leveraging all levers of RGM;- Price, Promotions, OBPPC/PPA, Trade Terms Strategy to achieve our growth plans
- Lead the modelling and scenario planning for our 3-year strategy and influence the brand and commercial teams to adopt a value growth mindset
- Play a lead role within the Sales & Business Planning Process and the annual commercial strategy process to ensure RGM plans are aligned internally and executed externally whilst delivering ROI against agreed KPIs
- Use Brown Forman’s reporting suite to play a role in the commercial risks and opportunities to deliver the annual revenue and profit targets, through a deep understanding of channels, customers and working with our external category team
- Create RGM tools and evolve our RGM capabilities across the organisation, supporting the embedding of the TPM/TPO system,
- Own and develop reports for RGM performance analysis of plans implemented, taking corrective action and sharing learnings where required.
- Manage priorities and drive forward the development of 1 report through considerate support and mentoring

What You Bring to the Table
- At least 2- 3 years RGM experience in a consumer goods environment, buying or commercial strategy professional with a strong commercial background managing a P&L and used to discussing directly an array of sales topics with key stakeholders
- You should be analytical by nature, and can influence your stakeholders through the effective use of data and storytelling techniques
- You will have a track record of delivering capability improvement across an organisation
- Team player who can adapt, flex styles and thinking, and has a strong working relationship with the sales and commercial finance team to ensure an aligned RGM vision
- Excellent communication skills across key internal stakeholders, and build relationships and trust across all departments

What Makes You Unique
- Beverage alcohol On and Off Trade experience is preferable but not essential
- You enjoy working in a matrix environment across multiple functions including finance, sales and brand
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills and awareness
- Knowledge of TPM/promotional management IT systems is desirable not essential
- Knowledge of Nielsen and Kantar data
