About The Role
An A2 Forklift Driver position is available in Trench with Pertemps Telford, offering £13.96 to £16.75 per hour. This full-time, permanent role involves rotating shifts across Monday to Friday, with days starting at 09:15 and lates beginning at 17:00. You will operate PPT A2 machinery to move and replenish stock safely within a busy warehouse. This is physically demanding work, requiring continuous movement and lifting, so a strong level of fitness is essential. Days:
- 09:15–17:15 (changing to 08:15–16:15 in September)
Lates:
- 17:00–01:00 (changing to Mon 16:00–00:30, Tue–Thu 16:00–00:00, Fri 16:00–23:30)
We’re looking for experienced PPT A2 / MHE Drivers to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role involving continuous movement, lifting and operating machinery, so please only apply if you’re comfortable with an active, fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Operating PPT A2 / MHE equipment to move stock safely and efficiently
- Replenishing stock across warehouse locations
- Reading order sheets and following written instructions accurately (strong written English required)
- Maintaining safe working practices and following site procedures
We’re looking for:
- Experienced PPT A2 / MHE Drivers (Valid and Expired licences accepted)
- People confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse
- Hardworking, reliable individuals looking for long-term roles
- Flexible workers who can adapt to fluctuating finish times
