What you'll bring to the team

We have new openings for safety conscious Ride Operators to join our committed operations team at London’s Madame Tussauds!

As one of our Ride Operators, you’ll be enhancing our guests experience by ensuring a smooth and safe ride experience through the Spirit of London Ride and in our 4D Experience offerings that we have.

You will be required to maintain focus, with your eyes locked on our ride screens for long periods of time, ready to raise the alarm should anything hazardous or dangerous be taking place. You will be monitoring for our guest safety as well as satisfaction.

Supporting the smooth running of the attraction day by day, you will ensure that our guests are getting the most out of there visit with us.

Being one of our Ride Operators will see you take ownership, working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining a premium quality standard throughout the building. This would mean, monitoring the condition and appearance of our exhibits as well as throughout the attraction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
