What you'll bring to the team

Fancy playing a key role in one of London's most iconic experiences?

Welcoming guests from around the world, the London Eye offers a unique way to experience London, from its historic landmarks to its ever-changing skyline. Behind every rotation is a team committed to delivering an exceptional experience, safely, smoothly and with care.

We're looking for a Ride Shift Leader to help lead that team.

Working closely with the Ride Manager and fellow Shift Leaders, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Ride department, balancing time between leading your team and operating the attraction on a rota basis. You'll create an environment where colleagues feel supported, engaged and equipped to perform at their best, while ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding experience.

This is a role where operational excellence matters. The team is responsible for ticket scanning, supporting accurate attendance reporting and profit protection, while also overseeing the safe and efficient loading of guests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
