Hours: Fixed term contract to 15th November 2026

Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2026 Season is in full swing, and we are looking for Rides & Attractions Hosts to join the team!
Key Accountabilities
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment, welcoming and interacting with Adventurers, whilst monitoring queue lines and implementing ride restrictions.
- To deliver an exceptional customer service as a part of the biggest front line team.
- To follow and enforce all health and safety protocols while ensuring Adventurers create a memorable experience on the Rides.
- To be a part of a team filled with enthusiasm and energy, day bringing new challenges.

Main Responsibilities
- Getting Guests onto and off of a variety of thrilling Rides, making sure that Health and safety is always priority.
- Pro-actively handling guest queries and complaints.
- Ensuring that your area is always kept to the highest standards.
- To ensure Health and safety of self, staff, and Adventurers at all times.
- To enforce the highest standards and follow all restrictions set.
- To deliver high standards of customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- To be a Team player in a fast-paced and unique role.
- Carrying out daily checks on the rides.
- Report any H&S safety concerns using appropriate method.
- Ensure any H&S incidents are reported the same day and followed up.
- Follow all training procedures to meet requirements.
- Implement all ride restrictions.

Qualifications & Experience
We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw-dropping fun to our Guests!
Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:
- Customer service experience
- Working outdoors
- Prepared for new challenges every day
