What you'll bring to the team

Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NE

Hours: Fixed term contract to 15th November 2026

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2026 Season is in full swing, and we are looking for Rides & Attractions Hosts to join our team!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Getting Guests onto and off of a variety of thrilling Rides, ensuring Health and safety is always priority.
  • Pro-actively handling guest queries and complaints with the Training.
  • Ensuring your area is always kept to the highest standards.
  • To ensure Health and safety of self, staff, and Adventurers at all times.
  • To enforce the highest standards and follow all restrictions set.
  • To deliver high standards of customer service and create memorable experiences.
  • To be a Team player in a fast-paced and unique Role.
  • Carrying out daily checks on the rides.
  • Report any H&S safety concerns using appropriate method.
  • Ensure any H&S incidents are reported the same day and followed up.
  • Follow all training procedures to meet requirements.
  • Implement all ride restrictions.

Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:

  • Customer service experience
  • Working outdoors
  • Prepared for new challenges every day
