We are looking for a Rigging Project Engineer to support the planning, development, and deployment of complex rigging projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UK Telco professional who wants to broaden their project engineering capabilities while gaining exposure to every stage of the build and deployment process.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Rigging Delivery Manager and build teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery from concept through to deployment and post-build support.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain rigging documentation and engineering packages.
- Build, check, and quality audit HOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical rigging expertise throughout project lifecycles.
- Support project planning, logistics, installation, commissioning, and post-deployment activities.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal standards and industry best practices.
- Work closely with Client PMs/BMs and operational teams to deliver successful deployments.
- Assist with lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support risk assessments, method statements, and project documentation where required.

👷 About You Essential
- Strong rigging knowledge and hands-on industry experience.
- Ability to develop, review, and quality-check HOPs and rigging documentation.
- Sound understanding of rigging equipment, lifting operations, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project engineering or project coordination experience.
