Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping residents achieve home ownership? We are looking for a Right to Buy Coordinator to join our Home Ownership team.
In this role, you will manage Right to Buy applications from enquiry through to completion, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and customers receive a professional, efficient and compliant service. You will work closely with Legal Services, Property Services, Valuations, housing providers and residents to support customers throughout the Right to Buy process.
About You
- Experience working within a Right to Buy service or similar housing environment.
- Knowledge of housing legislation, regulations and customer-focused service delivery.
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and using Microsoft 365 and housing management systems.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and outstanding customer service.
What You Will Do
- Manage Right to Buy applications through all stages of the process.
- Ensure compliance with statutory guidance and timescales.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and requests.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and best practice.
