Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their RIM Configuration specialist _ on a Contract role in Remote (Poland / UK)
Job Summary:
Configure and maintain Veeva Vault RIM components, including:
- Object configurations
- Lifecycles and workflows
- Security settings and user roles
- Dynamic access control
- Page layouts and fields
- Document types and classifications
- Picklists and reference data
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configuration specifications.

Prepare and maintain:
- Configuration Specifications
- Configuration Reports
- Functional Design Documents

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and system capabilities.
Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and release execution.

Perform configuration testing and support:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Defect analysis and resolution
