Learn More TODAY
This program is ideal for individuals with significant sensory, cognitive, or physical disabilities, as well as those facing mental and behavioral challenges. It is tailored for people who are either entering the workforce for the first time, re-entering after a hiatus, or needing to enhance their workplace skills to secure and maintain employment.
Participants Include
- Youth aged 14-24 transitioning from school to work.
- Adults aged 25 and older seeking to improve their employability and adapt to workplace expectations.
- Individuals returning citizens

Participants are provided with a Functional Assessment at the start of the program to determine their current skills and identify areas for development. Based on this assessment, an Individualized Instruction Plan (IIP) is created to guide their learning journey, ensuring that each participant receives targeted training aligned with their vocational goals.
