Some leadership roles maintain ministry. Others help shape the future. This is one of them.

At Jubilee Church, we believe that investing in children, young people and families is one of the greatest opportunities before us. We are passionate about seeing every child and young person encounter Jesus, become lifelong disciples and discover their place in the life and mission of God's Church.

We're looking for a gifted and visionary Rising Generations Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our intergenerational church.

This is far more than a children's or youth ministry role. Working closely with the Senior Leader, you will provide spiritual leadership, develop volunteers, equip parents, build relationships with schools and the wider community, and help cultivate a culture of generational discipleship where every generation intentionally encourages and invests in the next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
