We’re recruiting a Risk Reporting Analyst to join the risk function of a leading global financial services organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to support high-profile reporting delivered to senior management, regulators and auditors.

The Role

You’ll provide analytical and reporting support across a range of risk portfolios, helping ensure that regular and ad-hoc reports are accurate, timely and delivered in line with established controls and governance standards.

Working with regional and global stakeholders, you’ll analyse data, investigate reporting issues and support regulatory reviews, audits, stress-testing activities and risk-related change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and validate risk reports for senior management, regulators, auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Support reporting across credit, market, operational and other risk portfolios.
  • Analyse topics including limit monitoring, exceptions, stress-testing results, loss reserves and high-risk exposures.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting within tight and often time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Provide supporting data, analysis and documentation for audits, regulatory reviews and risk queries.
  • Identify and investigate data-quality issues, reporting anomalies and limit breaches.
  • Escalate reporting concerns and support appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting and change initiatives.
  • Review requirements, validate data outputs, execute test scripts and document results.
  • Work closely with Risk Management, business teams and other control functions.
  • Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with established governance, compliance and control standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
