A growing, purpose-led financial services organisation is looking for a Risk Analyst (Risk & Assurance) to join its Compliance, Oversight, Risk & Assurance team. Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Manager, you’ll deliver independent assurance reviews, objective control testing, and Enterprise Risk Management activities.
- Help ensure risks are identified, assessed, and monitored effectively.
- Ensure controls remain robust and remediation actions are delivered.
Requirements:
- The role would suit an experienced Risk Analyst, Operational Risk Analyst, Risk & Compliance Analyst, Assurance Analyst, or Compliance Analyst with experience in risk, assurance, compliance, internal audit, or governance within financial services.
- Analytical, highly organised, and confident in communicating risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements, Consumer Duty, financial crime, control testing, or GRC systems would be advantageous.
- IRM, ICA, IIA, or ISO-related qualifications are advantageous.
