We are looking for a solutions-focused Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to be at the forefront of change. If you're someone who balances strategic thinking with precision, is great with details, and can confidently liaise with individuals at all levels, this could be the perfect role for you.
What your days will look like:
- Advising practice teams on independence requirements - helping them navigate regulations and structure services effectively.
- Managing key independence processes ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
- Coaching junior team members - enhancing their knowledge, problem-solving abilities and soft skills.
- Working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the firm and network.
- Supporting audit tenders and major transitions, advising on independence considerations during client rotations.
- Collaborating with engagement teams across the firm, guiding them on non-audit services and technology tool permissibility.
