Risk and Compliance Representative

Type: Contract | ASAP START - 31/03/2027
Day Rate: £537.49 (Umbrella Equivalent Rate)
Location: Remote

Our client is seeking a Risk and Compliance Representative to join their Risk & Compliance team.

Responsibilities

  • Support service delivery through quality and risk management.
  • Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes across the organisation.
  • Ensure the team adheres to established compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance.
  • Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions involving multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance awareness across the organisation.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are informed about compliance policies.
  • Analyse risk management processes and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ability to operate as a subject matter expert.
  • Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Policy Compliance is recommended.
  • P3 Advanced Cybersecurity Fundamentals is required.
  • Experience engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions.
  • Ability to identify and provide solutions to cross-functional problems.
  • Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance is Advantegous
  • Proficiency in Risk Management is Advantegous
  • Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance Management Advantegous
  • Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) Nice to Have
