Corporate Risk & Health Account Manager
Location: Fully Remote – UK
Salary: up to £45k
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits, Group Risk or Healthcare professional looking for a genuinely fully remote opportunity?
I’m recruiting for a Corporate Risk & Health Account Manager to join an established Employee Benefits team, supporting a Consultant who manages a c.£300k fee/commission portfolio of corporate clients.
This is a client-focused role where you’ll be a key day-to-day contact for corporate clients, helping to manage their Group Risk and Healthcare benefits and ensuring they receive a professional and responsive service.
You’ll work closely with the Consultant rather than being responsible for generating your own book of business, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, Client Manager, Client Executive or Senior Employee Benefits Administrator who enjoys the client-facing side of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
