About the Role

Blake Morgan's internal Risk and Compliance team enables the firm to achieve its corporate objectives by effectively managing risk, governance and assurance across the business. The team provides high quality, accessible and timely support to colleagues and plays an important role in maintaining the firm's quality, information security and environmental standards, as well as promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the team, with a particular focus on supplier management and the coordination of our quality, information security and environmental management systems, including the firm's ISO accreditations. The successful applicant will be based from our Southampton office and will be on Fixed Term Contract.

The role will involve working closely with colleagues across the business and with external suppliers to help ensure appropriate due diligence, risk assessment, supplier performance monitoring and contract management processes are in place. You will also help coordinate internal and external audits, maintain policies and procedures, monitor compliance against relevant standards and support improvement initiatives across the firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
