Risk Consultant / Risk Manager
Permanent | London / Hybrid
Salary: £45,000-60,000 Based on experience and level
Are you an experienced Risk Consultant or Risk Manager looking to take the next step in your career on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes?
We’re looking for risk professionals with around 3–5 years’ experience to join a team supporting the Lower Thames Crossing, providing hands-on risk management expertise within a complex, high-profile project environment.
Role Description
In this role, you’ll work closely with project and programme teams to:
- Identify, assess, and manage risk
- Facilitate risk reviews and workshops
- Maintain risk registers
- Provide clear risk insight to support effective decision-making

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience within risk management, ideally across infrastructure, construction, transport, or major projects
- Experience managing and maintaining project or programme risk registers
- Confidence facilitating risk workshops and engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting
- Ability to communicate risk clearly and provide meaningful insight to project teams
- A proactive approach and ambition to continue developing your career in risk management
