Programme Overview
On the Risk Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations anticipate, manage and respond to risk in a rapidly changing world. You’ll apply structured thinking and problem-solving to business challenges, collaborating with EY teams and clients and across Ireland. Using data, technology and sound judgement, you’ll build future‑focused skills and deliver meaningful, trusted impact.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work on internal audit and risk consulting engagements across a range of sectors, helping clients strengthen governance, manage risk and improve the effectiveness of their control environments.
- Apply structured and critical thinking, and data analytics driven insights to assess risks, test financial and business controls and provide independent, trusted evaluations.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to evaluate processes, challenge assumptions and communicate findings clearly and confidently.
- Build your professional judgement, integrity and confidence through hands‑on experience, coaching and structured learning.
