What’s the role?
This role will be working closely with traders and place trades for them. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who demonstrates great ability to work both independently and within a team setting, especially while attempting to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Location: London
Job Responsibilities:
- Place trades as directed by traders/trading manager and provide prompt feedback on their position.
- Collaborate with the traders to gather, analyse, and compile relevant data.
- Maintain accurate equity accounting for each trading account, while monitoring and managing position risks.
- Adhere rigorously to all business regulations and rules to proactively mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure efficient delivery of news, fills, and position details to traders, work closely with traders and operations to manage projects across multiple fields.

Job Requirements:
- Hold a full-time undergraduate degree or higher. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of work experience preferred.
- Perform well under pressure and exhibit a genuine passion for a career in the capital market.
- Possess outstanding communication, coordination, and professional ethics.
- Demonstrate meticulousness and seriousness in approach, coupled with a robust understanding of risk management.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to facilitate communication with stakeholders in China.
- The successful candidate will be required to complete in-person training at our Hangzhou office in China for the first 6 months. Following the completion of training, the role will be located in London on a permanent basis.
