The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced risk professional who combines strong technical judgement with the ability to win business, lead client engagements and build lasting relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to help grow Risk Consulting London while delivering practical solutions to complex risk, governance and regulatory challenges.

- Develop new business opportunities and grow the firm’s client base.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, boards and risk committees.
- Lead client engagements from initial discussions and proposals through delivery and ongoing support.
- Resolve complex risk management, governance and regulatory issues, translating technical findings into clear recommendations.
- Oversee engagement quality, budgets, deadlines and client satisfaction.
- Help develop the firm’s services, professional network and delivery capabilities.
Your experience
- At least five years of relevant experience in risk management, consulting or financial services; ten or more years preferred for Partner-level consideration.
- Demonstrable experience managing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- A strong record of delivering complex advisory or risk management assignments.
- Sound understanding of financial-services risk, governance and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
- The ability to work independently while helping build a growing consulting business.
