Head of Risk Financing & Analytics, EMEA

Join Aon as Head of Risk Financing & Analytics (RFA), EMEA and play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our client-facing analytics strategy across the region. The team helps large multinational organisations quantify, finance and optimise their risk exposures to improve resilience, capital efficiency and business performance.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from a number of our EMEA office locations.

What the day will look like
As Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA, you will set the strategic direction for Aon's consulting analytics proposition across the region. Combining client engagement, business growth, innovation and leadership, you will help large multinational organisations better understand, quantify and finance their risk exposures while ensuring Aon's analytics capabilities remain best-in-class.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
- Partnering with colleagues across Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership teams to bring innovative analytics-led solutions to clients.
- Supporting business development activity, including major client pursuits and tenders, by articulating the value and differentiation of Aon's analytics capabilities.
- Driving the development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and solutions, including Analyzer and Diagnostic capabilities.
- Fostering innovation in emerging risk areas, including climate, cyber, AI, political risk, supply chain disruption, reputation risk and natural catastrophe exposures.
- Establishing standard approaches, tools and methodologies for analytics delivery across the region.
- Providing thought leadership and delivering risk insights that help clients make better business decisions.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of highly skilled risk financing and analytics professionals across multiple geographies.
- Developing and delivering the RFA growth, investment and profitability strategy aligned with Aon's broader business objectives.

You will collaborate with experts across risk consulting, broking, analytics and industry practices, helping clients navigate some of the most significant and sophisticated risks facing organisations today. Combining strategic leadership, client engagement, innovation and commercial impact, this role offers outstanding visibility and the opportunity to build solutions that support some of the world's leading businesses.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting gained within a consulting, insurance, reinsurance or related professional services environment.
- A consistent track record of leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into commercial value for clients and partners.
- Demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong partner management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives, clients and business leaders.
- Highly numerate with a degree in a quantitative field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional designation would be helpful.
