About your role
The purpose of this position is to support Risk & Insurance Managers in delivering day-to-day risk management, insurance, and business continuity activities across Europe, gaining practical experience in enterprise risk management within a multinational FMCG environment.
What You'll Do
- Support coordination and administration of SBFE's risk management processes and activities.
- Assist in updating risk registers, tracking mitigation actions, and maintaining accurate risk information.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for risk committees and management.
- Collect, review, and organize risk-related information from European markets and functions.
- Contribute to monitoring emerging risks, trends, and lessons learned from incidents or claims.
- Assist in planning and delivering risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness materials.
- Support insurance renewal activities by gathering data and liaising with stakeholders and brokers.
- Maintain insurance records, schedules, policy documentation, and internal guidance materials.
- Assist with claims administration including logging claims and preparing management information.
- Support business continuity documentation, plan updates, testing activities, and exercises.
- Conduct research and basic analysis on risk, insurance, claims, and business continuity topics.
- Support ongoing projects and assist the team with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requests.

What You need to be successful
Essential
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with degree in business, finance, economics, law, risk management, insurance, international business or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze information and present findings clearly
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across teams and countries
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks

Desirable
- Previous corporate experience
- Language skills such as French or Spanish
