Insurance Manager – Global Corporate Insurance (Financial Services)

£600–£750 per day Inside IR35
12 month contract
Hybrid working - 3 days in Central London Office.

A globally recognised financial markets and infrastructure business is looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to join a highly visible corporate insurance function supporting a complex international organisation.

This is a business-critical role sitting within Group Treasury, responsible for helping shape and execute a global insurance strategy across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, brokers and insurers to ensure robust risk transfer programmes are in place while supporting strategic initiatives including M&A activity, claims management and emerging risk assessment.

The environment is fast-paced, heavily regulated and genuinely international, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of insurance, risk, governance and business strategy.

The Role

This is a high-impact position with significant visibility across the organisation and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
