Risk Investigator - Human Rights / Social Impact

Global Tech Organisation

£260 - £292 per day PAYE

12-Month Contract

ASAP Start

Onsite 5 days per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk Investigator II to join a global Human Rights & Social Impact team, supporting investigations, grievance management, and remediation activities across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for triaging human rights and environmental complaints, managing investigation records, supporting remediation programmes, and working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked through to completion.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in Human Rights, Social Compliance, Ethical Trade, Responsible Sourcing, ESG, or Social Auditing.
  • Knowledge of grievance mechanisms and due diligence frameworks such as SA8000, SMETA, and UNGPs.
  • Experience supporting investigations, audits, remediation programmes, or supplier compliance activities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
