In-House Regulatory Compliance Lawyer | Leading International Law Firm | London

We're supporting a leading international law firm in the search for a Regulatory Compliance Lawyer to join its highly regarded Legal & Risk function in London.

This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team responsible for advising the firm on professional conduct, regulatory compliance, governance and legal risk matters across a global business.

The role will involve:

  • Advising partners and business stakeholders on a broad range of regulatory and professional conduct issues
  • Supporting the firm's relationship with its primary regulator and assisting with investigations, incident management and regulatory reporting
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures and risk management frameworks
  • Delivering training and guidance on key regulatory developments and risk topics
  • Working on strategic projects across the business, including governance, ESG and new business initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple international offices and functions

  • 2-5 PQE (fee-earning or in-house lawyers)
  • Experience in SRA regulatory compliance, professional conduct, risk, governance or legal advisory work gained within a law firm, professional services environment, regulator or relevant in-house legal team
