About The Role
Fleet, Fuel & Mobility is one of Enfuce's key strategic focus verticals, and we're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help us grow and strengthen some of our most important customer relationships within this space.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value and often complex customers across areas such as fuel retail, fleet cards, EV charging and mobility platforms.
This is a highly commercial Customer Success role. Your focus will go beyond customer satisfaction and retention. You'll develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities and work with senior customer stakeholders to drive measurable growth for both the customer and Enfuce.
You'll also act as a key link between our customers and internal teams across Product, Commercial, Solution Consulting, Delivery and Finance, ensuring we're aligned around customer priorities and long-term growth opportunities.
As a senior member of the Customer Success team, you'll also contribute to team best practices, support colleagues and help strengthen how Enfuce manages its most strategic customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key customers, aligning their strategic objectives with Enfuce's solutions.
- Own strategic account plans focused on customer value, retention, revenue growth and long-term partnership development.
- Act as the lead commercial advisor and primary contact for senior and executive customer stakeholders.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell and solution adoption opportunities across your portfolio.
- Lead quarterly and executive business reviews, aligning stakeholders around KPIs, ROI, progress and future opportunities.
- Monitor customer health signals and use data to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate account risk.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Delivery, Finance and our Fleet, Fuel & Mobility leadership to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of how payments operate across fleet, fuel and mobility businesses and position Enfuce's capabilities effectively in strategic customer conversations.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product and service improvements.
- Navigate customer escalations and coordinate internal teams towards clear and commercially appropriate outcomes.
- Contribute to the continued development of Enfuce's Customer Success function, processes and ways of working.
- Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practices around strategic account management and customer growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
