AGR are working closely with our sister company, OWC, to recruit a Risk Manager to join their team on a contract basis to support a long-term project.
About the Role:
This role will be responsible for the risk management of offshore wind projects. The role will provide leadership and oversight of risk management activities, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and protect project objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Owning the project risk management processes and framework.
- Establishing and maintaining risk management procedures.
- Ensuring effective governance of project risks.
- Supporting strategic project decision-making through risk analysis and reporting.
- Protecting project value and supporting successful project delivery through active risk management.

Work Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong project risk management experience.
- Experience on large infrastructure, energy or offshore wind projects.
- Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes.
- Experience facilitating risk workshops and working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- Experience working within a broader project controls environment (risk, schedule, cost and governance).
