This commitment to professional growth not only enhances team capabilities but also contributes to a supportive and collaborative work culture, ensuring long-term success for both individuals and the organisation.

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Extensive Experience in Compliance and Conduct: A minimum of five years of experience in a compliance role within an FCA Life and Pensions regulated environment, showcasing a proven ability to effectively manage and influence business stakeholders.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of FCA Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of FCA rules and principles for Life and Pensions products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Proficient in Solution Development: Skilled in devising and presenting effective solutions to resolve regulatory issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
