We are looking for a Risk Manager to support pubs and operational teams across the South East. This is a practical, people-facing role focused on helping operators understand risk and maintain standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk support with a focus on health and safety, fire safety, and food safety.
- Investigate serious incidents, accidents, and claims.
- Produce clear reports on findings and required actions.
- Support sites with audit outcomes and operational improvements.
- Present risk themes and learnings at operational meetings.

What We Are Looking For


Get help with your application

- Experience in risk, safety, compliance, or similar operational support.
- Ability to translate legislation and standards into practical advice.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships and challenge when necessary.
- Experience in hospitality or a multi-site, customer-facing environment is an advantage.
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
