Risk Pricing Manager

London (Hybrid – 1 day per week on average)
£65,000–£80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

THE COMPANY

Join one of the UK's leading digital insurers, investing heavily in pricing, data and analytics to transform how insurance products are priced. You'll join a collaborative pricing function focused on using data, market trends and innovative techniques to improve commercial performance while delivering fair customer outcomes.

THE ROLE

You'll lead a small team within the Home Risk Pricing function, helping deliver pricing strategy across home insurance products. This is a commercially focused role where you'll enhance existing pricing models, analyse market trends and translate insights into pricing decisions rather than building models from scratch.

Working closely with the Home Analytics & Pricing team, you'll review actuarial models, identify opportunities to improve pricing performance and ensure pricing strategies remain competitive in the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
