Client Manager - Non Life Team
The Client Manager plays a key role in identifying and developing reinsurance business opportunities. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Underwriting, Analytics, and Finance, while engaging with clients, brokers, and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Your Role:
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Identify market trends and business opportunities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Support acquisition, retention, and servicing of clients
- Manage client relationships through onboarding and act as a primary contact for ongoing business development
- Contribute to business decisions related to renewals and new business terms and conditions
- Ensure accountability for performance outcomes within the assigned portfolio
Your Profile
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in partner engagement, strategic alliances, or business development within insurance, reinsurance, broking, or financial services
- Knowledge of IFRS and Risk-Based Capital (RBC) concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of financial statements (e.g., P&L, balance sheet)
- Knowledge of the non-life insurance sector; understanding of reinsurance is an advantage
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Adaptable and able to manage ambiguity
