We're partnering with a leading global consultancy to identify the next generation of Risk Transformation Consultants and future consulting leaders.
This is a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals with experience in risk, compliance, audit, regulatory change, transformation or financial services change delivery who want to build a long-term career in consulting.
Through Vantage Point's Elevate Programme, you'll spend 12-18 months working alongside experienced consulting teams on complex transformation programmes for leading financial institutions. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, develop your consulting toolkit and build the skills needed to progress towards future Senior Consultant and Manager opportunities.
We're looking for people with strong foundations, high potential, and the drive to make an impact.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with approximately 3-9 years' experience who are looking to accelerate their consulting careers and develop towards future Senior Consultant and Manager positions.
What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of client-facing consulting teams, you'll help financial services organisations navigate complex business, risk and regulatory challenges.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and leading workstreams within large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes.
- Working with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, operations and technology functions.
- Analysing current processes, operating models, and risk frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the design and implementation of future-state risk and control frameworks.
- Delivering regulatory change initiatives and business transformation programmes.
- Developing client-ready reports, presentations and recommendations.
- Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Translating complex information into clear, practical and actionable insights.
- Supporting programme governance, planning and delivery management.
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in professionals with approximately 3-9 years of experience who are excited by the opportunity to build a career in consulting.
You may currently work in:

You'll likely bring:
- Experience within financial services, consulting, transformation or change environments.

- The ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
