Riverside Market Manager
Fulham Pier, Stevenage Road, Fulham, SW6 6HH
£40,000 to £45,000 Salary + 10% performance Bonus
40 hours / 5 days over 7 days
Take the lead at the heart of one of London’s most exciting food and drink destinations. We are looking for an experienced Riverside Market Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of Riverside Market at Fulham Pier. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role where you will bring together people, traders, food concepts and operational partners to create an outstanding experience for every visitor.
You will take full ownership of the market’s performance, ensuring each food and beverage unit is ready to trade, teams are confident and well briefed, and service runs smoothly from opening through to close. You will thrive on the variety and energy of a busy hospitality environment where no two days are quite the same.
Working closely with traders, culinary teams, suppliers and contractors, you will help introduce fresh food concepts, maintain strong commercial control and ensure the market remains relevant, innovative and best in class. You will also lead a large and diverse team, creating a positive culture where people feel supported, motivated and proud of the experience they deliver.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on hospitality leader with experience managing complex food and beverage operations, strong commercial and client relationship skills, and the confidence to perform in a busy, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across our everyday mode business and match day catering operations
- Successfully managing all aspects of operational excellence and contract delivery
- Building and proactively maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed client expectations
- Successfully launch new innovative food concepts when required
- Ensuring all operations are profitable
- Successful management of all KPI Information relevant to Sodexo Live!, Fulham FC and Fulham Pier including tracking of results, report production and supplying sufficient evidence
- Relationships are delivered with key stakeholders to allow development both operationally and functionally to enable growth and development with confidence in the role
- To deliver Food and Beverage training plan and ensure staff understand and complete onsite training
- To maintain uniform standards with the Riverside Market ensuring they are always adhered to

What You Bring:
- Experience within contract catering, within a multi-site managerial role
- A proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relations
- Ability to manage, inspire and motivate a large and diverse team
- Previous experience with P&L management, problem solving and creative thinking
- Positive and flexible attitude, willing to be hands on when required
- Personal License holder
