Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for Registered Managers (RM), Deputy Managers, and Care Staff supporting vulnerable young people. Team members provide day-to-day support, including keywork sessions, practical assistance with daily living skills, and guidance around education, training, and health appointments. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering individual support plans
- Monitoring progress
- Maintaining accurate case records
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
Staff contribute to a safe and supportive environment, manage challenging behavior fairly, and promote positive choices and personal development. The role involves close collaboration with external agencies, participation in team meetings and training, and active engagement in improving service quality and outcomes for young people.

Qualifications
- Strong case management skills, including care planning, risk assessment, and record keeping.
- Experience in training and coaching young people or staff, with the ability to deliver guidance and workshops.
- Knowledge of social services and community resources, and experience coordinating with external agencies.
- Understanding of medicine and health-related support, including liaising with healthcare professionals and promoting wellbeing.
- Relevant qualification in health and social care, social work, youth work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to work with vulnerable young people, including managing challenging behavior in a fair and respectful manner.
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and equality.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as part of a 24/7 staffed service.
