Job Description

You work in the Revenue Management on Demand department supporting the Commercial Services team in various projects, ensuring comprehensive insights and strategies to optimise product offerings and enabling successful roll out of the team roadmap.

Product

  • Provide support for hotels by performing IDeaS healthchecks and/or coaching.
  • Support can be requested by hotels directly, identified through hotel performance or using RMS alerts on configuration.
  • Maintain regular reports outlining trends, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Summarize findings and present actionable recommendations to the team.

Communication

  • Supports the communication to the RM team with the aim that information is clearly understood and instructions are applied accordingly.

Collaboration

  • Participate in key Accor projects and help deliver company ambition.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Services team and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of RM and BI platforms, along with revenue management principles
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way
  • Proven project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and managing feedback processes
  • Proactivity with strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset
