The Role
As an RMG & Business Acquisition (Contract Hiring) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting workforce management, resource deployment, contract recruitment, and business demand fulfilment activities. Working closely with Resource Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Business Acquisition teams, you will help ensure that resource requirements are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining accurate data, reporting, and stakeholder communications. This role provides exposure to end-to-end resource management and contract hiring processes within a fast-paced, business-focused environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of contract hiring requirements and resource requests across business units.
- Assist in maintaining resource allocation, redeployment, and demand tracking reports.
- Review candidate profiles against role requirements and support shortlisting activities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor hiring pipelines and update recruitment trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute vacancy reports, resource status updates, and management dashboards.
- Support the onboarding process for contractors and contingent workers.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfilment of open requirements.
- Assist with stakeholder communications regarding hiring progress, resource availability, and deployment activities.
- Analyze workforce and recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working with reports, trackers, and recruitment data.
- Professional approach when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn about resource management, workforce planning, and recruitment processes.
