Sirona Medical are working alongside a Major NHS Trust based in Bristol with their staffing requirements.
We are looking for experienced AGENCY Registered Mental Health Nurse's (RMN's) to work within our client's hospital wards.
We have ad-hoc days, Short term contracts, Long term contracts and on-going requirements available.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for individualised patient care of the highest standard.
- Encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients.
- Promote best practice, quality assurance and clinical audit where appropriate.
- Undertake the role of mentor for student nurses and junior staff within the ward.
- Ensure legibility and accuracy of nursing records and regularly participate in department meetings to enhance team communication.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- NMC registered
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility
- A passion for Healthcare
- Previous experience in working within a busy NHS Hospital
