Join Our Repair Management Team!

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on keeping people in the loop? 4th Dimension Innovation Group is looking for an RMT Service Advisor to join our Repair Management Team in Egham, acting as the friendly voice and organised hub between our customers, clients, and motorcycle repair team. If you love a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the RMT Team Leader, you'll be the vital link that keeps repairs moving smoothly — managing correspondence, coordinating updates, and making sure every customer and client enquiry is handled promptly and professionally throughout the repair journey.

Main Duties

  • Act as the go-between for customers, insurers, and the repair team, keeping everyone updated
  • Provide regular progress updates via phone, text, and email
  • Manage incoming enquiries from customers, clients, engineers, and third parties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy throughout
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and repair records
  • Prepare and issue repair estimates, quotes, and supporting documentation
  • Update data logs and manage databases, ensuring correspondence is properly recorded
  • Support the RMT Team Leader and Production department with admin and project-based tasks
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Team Leaders to keep repair information accurate
  • Communicate across departments to progress claims efficiently and support workflow
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer communication and repair service efficiency

The Essentials
