About the Role
Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our innovative retail concept store at the iconic Battersea Power Station as an RNLT Sales Executive.
rnlt represents a different way of introducing customers to Renault. Rather than a traditional dealership environment, rnlt combines modern retail design, digital experiences, electric and hybrid vehicles, and the wider Renault lifestyle brand in a destination setting designed to attract new audiences to Renault.
As the store continues to evolve, we are looking to strengthen our sales capability by recruiting an experienced sales professional who can combine excellent customer experience with a strong focus on lead management, appointment generation, vehicle sales, and customer follow-up.
You'll join a team that remains highly customer-focused while playing an important role in helping the store convert customer interest into vehicle sales and supporting delivery of the site's commercial objectives.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors to rnlt and guide them through the Renault product range
- Respond to customer enquiries, qualify sales opportunities, and proactively manage sales lead follow-up activity
- Arrange appointments, demonstrations and test drives
- Build relationships with customers both in-store and through telephone, email and digital communication
- Present Renault's latest electric, hybrid and combustion-engine vehicles in a clear and engaging manner
- Introduce finance, insurance and associated products in an FCA-compliant manner
- Support customers throughout their buying journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, using our sales CRM to accurately record opportunities and progression within the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management systems
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise customer satisfaction, lead conversion, and both your own and the team's vehicle sales performance
- Support occasional store events, vehicle launches and promotional activities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
